Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This policy explains what information DreamBench collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run an AI video studio for you, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t train models on your private content.

1. What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and password hash, or your Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.
  • Content — the prompts you write, images you upload, and the videos, keyframes, and scene data the Service generates for you.
  • Usage and billing — plan, credit balance and transactions, generation history, and basic device/log information used to keep the Service secure and reliable. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service: planning scenes, rendering, stitching, and storing your library.
  • To operate billing, credits, and plan limits.
  • To keep the Service safe: abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability monitoring.
  • To communicate with you about your account and, with your consent, product updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private prompts, uploads, or generations to train models.

3. Who processes it

Your content is processed by the third parties that power parts of the Service: model providers that render scenes from your prompts, cloud infrastructure that hosts the Service and stores your files, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

4. Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Deleting an asset removes the stored file; residual copies in backups and render caches expire on a rolling basis. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we’ll honor them: [email protected].

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy we’ll notify you before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
