Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DreamBench — the website, applications, and services that let you create, edit, and manage AI-generated video (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use DreamBench.

2. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance that is added to your balance; generation costs are deducted from that balance based on duration, resolution, and the models used. Scene edits are charged only for the scenes affected. Except where required by law, credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused balances are forfeited when your account closes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing portal; changes take effect at the end of the current cycle.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you upload (“Inputs”) and, as between you and DreamBench, the videos and images the Service generates for you (“Outputs”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate and improve the Service — for example storing your library, rendering your edits, and caching scenes so re-renders stay fast and cheap. We do not use your private content to train models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• impersonates a real person without their consent, or is deceptively presented as authentic footage of real events;
• sexualizes minors in any form, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery;
• harasses, threatens, or incites violence against a person or group;
• infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any Inputs you provide.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users from similar prompts. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for complying with any disclosure obligations that apply to synthetic media in your jurisdiction.

6. Third-party models and services

The Service routes rendering to third-party model providers and relies on third-party infrastructure (for example payment processing and storage). Their availability may affect the Service, and their terms may apply to the processing of content they perform on our behalf.

7. Intellectual property of the Service

The Service — including its software, design system, and brand — is owned by DreamBench and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond the access needed to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. DreamBench is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you (for example by email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
